Manage Bookings

Sakurabook allows customers to manually create new reservations, edit or delete existing reservations, in addition to reservations made through the site.We'll walk you through the steps to do this.

Reservations can be created, edited, and deleted on the dashboard of the Sakurabook management site. The Sakurabook management site dashboard is the main management screen used by administrators.Can create, edit and delete all reservations.

Create Booking

  1. Click on the calendar where you want to create a booking.

    ๐Ÿ“Œ Each row in the day view corresponds to one rental space or staff member.On the other hand, in week view you have to select staff and service type.

  2. Please fill in all the required information and make sure the staff and service type are correct.

    ๐Ÿ“Œ Reservations cannot be made outside business hours.Hours outside business hours are displayed in gray color.You also cannot create reservations for dates and times in the past, or reservations for staff or spaces that are out of service.Suspension/Activation of Reservation Servicea guide, orDisable/enable staffSee our guide.

  3. After you click on the Create button, a booking is created and it appears on the Dashboard.

  4. Go to staff, service, and space details to see reservations you've made in a calendar view.

Edit or Delete Booking

If you want to change the reservation time or delete the reservation, go to your dashboard andReservation you want to edit or deleteClick.

When editing such as changing the reservation time, enter the items to be changed."save"Click the button.

To delete a reservation,"delete"Click the button.

Manually Created Bookings

DashboardCustomers also receive an invoice for payment from Shopify when they create a reservation on Shopify.Upon proceeding to payment, the Sakurabook app will send the customer a confirmation email regarding the reservation and the reservation will be considered paid.

Cancellation Handling

customerIf you wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform the Publisher of your desire to cancel.The publisher must manually delete (cancel) the reservation from the dashboard. (In the current version, there is no function for customers to directly operate and delete reservations.)
